The process management is not only the basis but also one of the main contents of the process design. The process management of the complex products, such as the automobile, is especially difficult because of the numerous process methods and complex process routings they have, and lots of departments they involve. The information system is usually helpful in this condition. PDM (Product Data Management) is the kernel information system of the product development in manufacturing enterprises, and now it has become the important supporting information platform in process management.According to the actual demands of manufacturing enterprises, the PDM-based process management technologies and implementation methods are studied, which is supported by the national 863 program. The technologies of the process information auto-coding under PDM platform is designed and realized. The store module and organization methods of the process information are established. The standardization of the process information based on the template as well as the management of the historical data based on the XML technologies is presented. The process design workflow model is constructed using the Petri workflow net according to the distinguished feature of the automobile enterprise. The review workflow and change workflow are realized in PDM system, in which the auto signature technology is put out. After analyzing the factors and principles of the access control, an access control module towards collaborative process design is established and implemented.To validate the methods and technologies discussed above, a process management system is developed on the basis of Teamcenter Engineering. The system has been implemented in several automobile enterprises, and takes effect in solving the problems of the process information organization and management, process workflow management and process data access control. |
