Currently, the CTCS3 technical specifications and key techniques applicable for dedicated passenger line are under research. Building of the CTCS3 simulation and test platform can provide an experiment environment for the system design, system and component development as well as system test and validation.This thesis focuses on the design and impl(?)mentation of on-board equipment simulation subsystem in the CTCS3 simulation and testing platform. The architecture and functional modules of the system are described; the implementation of important functions, such as the calculation of the most restricted static speed profile and dynamic speed profiles, the mode transition as well as RBC handover are described. The subsystem has been developed based on C++ Builder 6.0. The function of on-board equipment simulation subsystem is validated and perfected by debugging together with other subsystems.
