The thesis based on the simple systematic primary station which be established by pilot project, adopting such mode that power transformation settle and distribution settle are synergetic organically, has successfully realized not only switches on top of column's tri-remote (remote detecting, remote control, remote signaling) and immediate processing of the distribution net'short-circuit malfunction by the way of utilizing distributed carrier communication network, but also economizes human resource and simplify and intensify supervision. The technical proposal and management model adapting to distribution automation system in rural power network are worth of using for reference.
