Along with the global resources, the energy dry up day after day, the environment daily worsening, the sustainable development obtained the various countries' mutual recognition. The architecture industry itself inherent energy consumption characteristic, it plays the important role in the path of sustainable development. Aim at this problem academe advanced the concept of"green construction"which means construction should be sustainable. Develop the"green construction"is the inevitable option after the self-questioning of resource wasting, resource scarcity and environment pollution. Along with the development of green construction, the problem that how to scale the green area which means how to the evaluate the green construction is becoming the important problem for every Chinese architecture workers whom have the historical responsibility, and also is the key to if Chinese architecture could catch up with the tend of sustainable development time to rebuild the resplendence in the 21century. Green construction evaluation system is the foundation of the green construction put in practice. The essence of green construction evaluation system is the sustainable development construction evaluation. Evaluation should be practice under the certain sustainable development principle and certain goal. The object of this dissertation is try to have a academic discuss on the green construction evaluation system under the sustainable development principle, advanced the principle, steps and the methods of building the green construction evaluation system, and integrate abroad and urban status and experience of green construction evaluation system, make a prospect of the building and consummating the green construction evaluation system of our country. Research of construction appraisal system based on sustainable development has the profound practical significance in reducing the resources waste to our country, raising the resources using factor, improving the person to occupy the environment and realizing the economical sustainable development.This dissertation mainly uses the research method of analytical, comparison, analogy, induction, demonstration and so on. Analyze systematically the advanced process of green construction evaluation system under the sustainable development principle; summarize its main exoteric basis and the building methods. Based on the embedded analyze and comprehend of green construction evaluation system at home and abroad, integrate the idiographic condition of our country, give propose on how to consummate the green construction evaluation system. And base on summarizing the former, advanced its developing prospect. This dissertation has the profound practical significance in reducing the resources waste to our country, raising the resources using factor, improving the person to occupy the environment and realizing the economical sustainable development.The article content mainly divides into five parts as follows:The first part is the exordium. It constructs in the foundation under the sustainable development theory and the sustainable development which the appraisal system proposed, unifies our country actual situation, has been clear about the goal and the significance of the selected topic, and determines the main content and research technique.The second part obtains the elaboration the elementary theory from several aspects of establishing whole green construction view, the green construction and its appraisal theory, the life cycle appraisal theory. And limits the concept of the green construction appraisal system in this foundation, clears about the significance of the establishment.The third part included the third and the fourth chapter. It based on the theoretical analysis in front, systematically discusses the establishment of the construction appraisal system under the sustainable development. This part launches the elaboration methodically from the aspects of the appraisal system establishment principle, the level, and appraisal target system establishment and so on.The fourth part included the fifth and sixth chapters analyzing the green construction evaluation system at home and abroad. Developed country and region began to explore the green constructions/sustainable constructions develop stratagem and technology from the early 20th century 60s. They established the related technology associations; research organizes and constitutes the responded evaluation index system. The development process in general experienced the common evaluate, introduce and display of the green construction product and technology, simulation and evaluate of the construction case environment physical performance and the integrated validation and evaluate of the construction holistic environment performance. This dissertation has compared the successful green construction appraisal system over seas, for instance the development course and appraisal method of BREEAM, LEED and GBC, has pointed out the good and bad aspects of them.The fifth part is the conclusion of the article, summarizes the full text, and has proposed that we should establish the green construction appraisal system conforming to our country national condition on the foundation of the domestic and foreign experiences.Green the architecture industry is a system project. Only when every aspect builds the"green"atmosphere together, the green construction system of our country could be consummate increasingly. We believed confidence, with the research of deepening, consummating and developing; the large size practice of green construction would not a dream. Walking the sustainable development road of building the green construction is the wisdom action responds the demand of the human profit and our country character.
