Along with the development of the science technology,a great deal of advanced technology have applied in the field of the military equipments. The second artillery corps, as the "acer force" of PLA, the equipments are contains the the most advanced science technology, and on the other hand, it brings the more demands to the maintenance-work. But now we are still use the conventional maintenance system, that is the mode mainly depend on the maintenance afterwards. Under this mode, the usable rate of the equipments is not high, the cost of the maintenance is continous high, that limits the development of the army in most degree.The Reliability Centered Maintenance is the core of the modern maintenance theory, it emphasizes that the equipment fault speciality decides the maintenance style, compared to the traditional maintenance style that decided by the time, the new style can advance the usable rate of the equipments and shorten the cost the maintenance. So the new style adapts the requirement of the maintenance, and it is spreadly applied in the serve and civil maintenance in many countries all over the world and gets the good effect.Nowadays the application is still in the period of exploring,far away from broad application.The thesis researches the fault mode of the floor part of the missile equipment belonged to the certain ministry of the second artillery corps, analyzes the current maintenance mode, analyzes the shortage of the current mode,brings out the means that analyzes the fault by the Reliability Centered Maintenance theory.The thesis mainly includes:The thesis researches the basic content of the Reliability Centered Maintenance theory, it contains that: the reliability, the fault mechanism, the fault modes, and also contains the influence analysis, the fault tree, the logic resolution, the maintenance periods, the maintenance level and so on, does the demand analysis of the equipment maintenance in the certain ministry. The thesis does the Reliability Centered Maintenance analysis of the most part of the missile launching equipment, rising system by using the analyzing methods such as FMEA,FTA and etc maintenance, gains the maintenance content, maintenance periods, maintenance level of the important function part, and maps out the maintenance outline according to the maintenance discipline. In the end, discusses the the correlative work that is needed to appliing the Reliability Centered Maintenance on the armed equipment, gives out the flow of the Reliability Centered Maintenance, brings out the suggestion and the methods in setting up the Reliability Centered Maintenance analysis item group, brings out the suggestion of improving on the maintenance manage database. The thesis researches the data collection and data analysis tache in detail and brings out the work flow, the suggestion of reasonably distributing the maintenance authority and adjusting the personnel organization of the maintenance department.
