Research On The Livable Intercourse Space In New Community In Hefei

With the rapid development of China' s economy and the increasing people's living standards, the residence requirement has been upgraded to a new level. The quality of the living environment becomes the prevalent concerned focus.Currently, because of the ignorance of the residential area intercourse space design, improper residential area mode and landscape environmental design, many problems arise: There are poor relations between neighbors and home becomes a small cage; Children lack secure game space; Elders have no intercommunication and they feel lonely. Residential area lacks attraction and community sense; Community lacks humanistic design and livingness. Therefore, the research on the mode of the new livable, humanistic and ecotypic community intercourse space design and development, which is of great significance, has become the main problem of the modern residential area construction.According to the understanding and thinking of the above problems in real life, analyzing the current actuality of residential area intercourse space, exsiting problems and the residents' different requirement of intercourse space, the principle and approach of designing the new livable community intercourse space, the construction statuses of the three typical new community intercourse space in Hefei have been investigated and studied respectively in this paper. Their respective space design methods are summarized and the existing problems are analyzed. Finally, several aspects, which need to be paid attention to in the design of the residential area intercourse space, are generalized in the end of the paper.
