The Study On Intercourse Space Of Community

With the rapid development of market economy and city expanding, China is experiencing a general and profound reform. Although the physiological condition of residential environment has been notably elevated, the social and psychological condition of residential environment still has long way to go. Mostly, the crisis of neighbor's intercourse has led to many problems, which has been a consensus for the professionals of concerning fields recently. So to research the communication and neighbor' intercourse of residence is of meaning.The article is divided into seven chapters:The first part introduces the background, status quo, purpose, significance, object, method resumptively. The second part defines community, intercourse space and correlative concepts. And more the part explains the bases of research. The third and the forth part analyse some important characters of behavior, mentality and matter relating to intercourse space, which is a pivotal basic for farther research. The fifth part is emphase for the article. One hand, the different intercourse spaces which include center, country, entry, road is researched amply, The other hand, virescence and environmental facility which are for intercourse space is expatiated in the part. The article puts forward some methods which are use for for design of intercourse space. The sixth part is the other emphase for the article. Based on analysis above, the author investigates in detail the four community in shanghai and researchs them comparatively. After analyzing their merit and shortage, based on advance of resident, the author refers to some improving measure and sums up some design tactics about intercourse space of community. The last one is the conclusion which may help us have more experience and lessons. Hopely, it will be a guide in our future design.
