Ship Targeting In FSC Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

The thesis focused on the international FSC and the domestic FSC inspecting, which is important and pivotal in ships safety inspecting, and discussed the way of ascertain target ship. By the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, the FSC Ship Targeting model was established. Beginning with the aspect of actual administration, and by analysising the four parts: Ship, Crew, Ship company and Shipping region, and on the basis of imbibe the idea of experts, the FSC targeting ship ascertain comprehensive evaluation system was constructed, the weight of every index was calculated, the subjection function or subjection subset of each evaluation index and the comprehensive evaluation model were built. At last, based on the basic theory and methods above and the data collecting of the target ship, the FSC comprehensive evaluation model was validated and the result shows that the basic theory and methods adopted in the paper are reliable and feasible.
