Study On Management Information System Of Rail Transit Project Quality

There is a new round of construction heat of rail transit nowadays, and how to make the construction of rail transit fast and efficient on the premise of high project quality has become a difficult problem. The construction of rail transit turns out to "large scale in project, high standards in technology and high-speed in construction" in this new period, but the informatization of project quality management of rail transit is still lagged behind which has affected and restricted the implementation of rail transit and the business and utilization of rail transit when it is constructed. Consequently realizing the integration, transferring, participation, accessorial -decision of manage information of project quality and efficient control of project quality by the use of modern information technology and advanced management idea is a significant section.This paper, based on the systemic study of the manage mode of project quality and the status quo of informatization of project quality management of rail transit, analyzed the feasibility and the necessity of management information system on project quality of rail transit make use of data warehouse technology, B/S web structure and data mine technology. Simultaneity, this paper put forward the design idea, system structure and design of whole function of this information system. Finally, the application of this information system in the Urumqi Railway Bureau was introduced in order to show the practicability and the advancement of this system.There are several study works of this paper. Firstly, this paper put forward the Closed-loop Management flow and model including the step "inspect, check, renovation, re-check, look-back, assess" of project quality management on the base of Closed-loop Management concept. Secondly, the data fountain, data category, data integration and data relationship of project quality management was studied using data warehouse technology and data mine technology. Thirdly, this paper studied the realization of common fault management, assess management, whole management of material, assistant-plan management of project quality by the use of management information system on project quality. Finally, this system is perfected for the reason that it is used in many construction project of rail transit.
