The Research On Production Logistics Management Mode Of Enterprises Based On The MRPII And JIT

Nowdays,the technical exchanges have been developed,so that production management techniques have become an important factor to improve enterprises' competitiveness.MRPII technology and JIT technology are just the two different production management techniques.Though the 'push' production mode of MRPII technology has many advantages,its rapid response capability,and timely delivery capability,can not meet the needs of the current business development.At the same time,the 'pull' production mode of JIT technology can just meet the requirements of low volume and high variety production.However,JIT is lack of centralized information management.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a better mode of production logistics management to absorb their respective advantages and avoid or reduce their shortcomings so as to adapt to the new demands on the logistics of production enterprises.This mode is just discussed in this paper——the mode combined MRPII with JIT.Basded on the deep summary and analysis on the mode combined MRPII with JIT,the characteristics of enterprise production logistics,the principle of applying theory to reality,and the ways of comparison and summing-up,the paper has further discussed the problems of advantages,disadvantages and operation of MRPII/JIT mode.The research on optimized EOQ model(EOQ)of is a theoretical innovation in a way.In addition,through the analysis of MRPII/JIT mode applied in my company, the paper has effectively combined theory with practice with the deeper reality significance.The main contents of the paper are as follows.Firstly,the source of the subject, the research status quo at home and abroad as well as the research methods and significance of this paper are discussed,and then the paper simply introduces the basis knowledge related to MRPII/JIT mode,mainly including production logistics,MRP, MRPII,and JIT theory.Next,the paper develops the full analysis and the feasibility studies on MRPII/JIT mode,and brings forward the characteristics and the operation mode of MRPII/JIT production logistics.Shortly afterward,the operation of MRPII/JIT mode of production logistics is explained,including production planning and control and tho analysis on logistics replenishment.Among them,the effective ways of production planning and innovative optimization of the EOQ model are put forward to MRPII/JIT mode.On the other hand,how to successfully implement MRPII/JIT mode has also been introduced in the paper.At last,taking my work unit-Angang Group Refractories Company for example,the paper carries on the application analysis of MRPII/JIT mode,with a view to promote the production logistics transformation and development,of 'Angang refractory companies' and improve the company's economic efficiency and competitiveness.
