Electric secondary anti-accident training system based on real time data system is introduced. The system uses DDRTS simulation software to generate signals. With power magnifier, It transfers the signal to microcomputer relay protection. It simulates the operation mode change of electric power system perfectly and gets good training effect.The training system uses the actual 220kV substation in Zhejiang electric power network as modal. It makes up of real time simulation system,actual microcomputer relay protection,fault recording system,real secondary circuit. Power amplifier and simulated breaker is also used in the system. Through the simulation software, 220kV substation modal is built. Upon the real time data system, it can realize electric secondary circuit training of 220kV substation modal. Theses training functions include validity check and of relay protection setting value,relay action analysis of some kinds of electric power system faults and fault playback. It can do training for secondary maintenance workers which can improve their ability of fault analysis and fault exclusions. Also the operators can deep comprehension of electric power system, then it avoid more operating fault during the operators work time.After system test, electric secondary anti-accident training system based on real time data system is in test run in Zhejiang electric power education and training center. Through the use of training students, It gets good training effect and has good application foreground.
