Water is the survival of mankind's precious resources,it is limited and irreplaceable, a country or a region is the comprehensive strength and stamina for the development of an important symbol, only guarantee sustainable use of water resources, can we ensure economic and social sustainable development . along with economic development, the expansion of the size of the cities, the people's improved quality of life, the demand for water will be growing rapidly.The study area is in the northern end of the North China Plain, south of the Yanshan mountain range. 70 km away from Dongzhimen of Beijing, and Beijing's Shunyi County, West border, northwest and adjacent Miyun County, northeast, south, southeast, respectively Xinglong, Hebei Province, Sanhe City, adjacent to Tianjin Jixian. The area is 1,075 square kilometers. Pinggu landscape from the north, east, central and southern mountains, plains southwest of the two geomorphological units. Tilt the terrain from northeast to southwest. Pinggu is temperate continental monsoon climate zones. Winter prevailing northwest wind and southwest wind in summer. Precipitation is uneven geographical distribution, seasonal changes, changes in the characteristics of the occasion. Pinggu is an independent mountain basin hydrogeological unit. Fissures in the bedrock mountain is mainly recharged by rainfall; plain area of the pore water is mainly by infiltration precipitation, river leakage, and the mountain side to seepage and others. There are 20 big or small rivers, which belong to the Jiyunhe water system of Haihe River basin, and flow from East, North to southwest. March to May each year is the dry season,and from August to October is the wet period. Pinggu has a large reservoir: Haizi Reservoir; two medium-sized reservoirs: Huangsongyu reservoirs and Xiyu Reservoir .Practice at home and abroad through research, underground storage space rainwater utilization of resources is feasible.I collected Pinggu regional climate, topography and hydrological and geological conditions, and other information, and summarized its finishing, such information makes up of the basis of this paper.The need of rainwater utilization is expatiated in this paper as well as Pinggu rainwater utilization of resources and the status quo and the problems that exist.For the study area rainwater quality this paper described rainwater water resources of time and space distribution of the floods and rain water, the paper also described the region from floods and rain pollutants types, different types of floods and rain water quality, precipitation compared before and after floods and rain water , as well as rain and dry season the water quality of the comparison period. The paper then that the study area underground rainwater storage space resource utilization patterns of the principle mode of the target system, pattern classification and its characteristics, model for the evaluation methods, the evaluation indicators for the final extraction of underground water storage space on rainwater utilization of resources of the model. Pinggu final rainwater in underground storage space resource utilization patterns can be divided into high permeability - plain, low permeability - plain area, mountainous area, city area four types.Rainwater and irrigation water hazard with the dual attributes, along with the increasing shortage of water resources, a growing number of experts and scholars begin to pay attention to the issue of water resources rainwater. Establish underground rainwater storage space resource utilization patterns in the water system is under the guidance of Pinggu associated with the use of rainwater resources, hydrology, hydrogeology, environmental effects, such as a comprehensive analysis, planning, so that rainwater resources and the use of economic and social development can coordinate.The use of rainwater resources in Pinggu District on the one hand, can solve the shortage of water resources contradictions, on the other hand, can prevent soil erosion and improve ecological environment, a good social, economic and environmental benefits.
