Decision-Making Model Research In Railway Ferry System Integration

Develop characteristic transportation on actual conditions of local geographical environment is a significant way to realize modernization transportation and improve transportation ensures. Being a whole new way for jointly transport, Railway Ferry on one hand can increase transportation ensures and reduces costs, but on the other hand, it is a complex giant system which has a characteristic as large-scale, technical complexity and its system integration involves areas such as Railway, Bridge, Ferry and Port. It is a valuable topic to find a scientific decision-making method and make sure that Railway Ferry system integrated in an economic and quality way.The present Chinese Railway Ferry system integration decision-making process is complicate, and lacks the rational theory and unity standard to support its integration. These decrease its rationality and efficiency in decision-making. This paper tries to explore a set of Railway Ferry system integration decision-making method which accords with the China's actual conditions, in order to remedy this blank.First of all, this paper has introduced the basic theories of Railway Ferry system integration, and innovatively proposed system integration mode from both physics and logic ways.Then, based on Railway Ferry system integration mode proposed above, refining key influencing element, set up the Railway Ferry system integration decision-making index system.Third, on basis of pluses and minuses analyzing on existing algorithms, this paper improve the algorithms that building unanimously matrix, and propose the fuzzy comprehensive decision model based on AHP.At the end of this paper, it is Yan-Da Railway Ferry system integration case. In this case, Railway Ferry system integration decision-making index system and its decision-making model are applied in reality by Del Philippines law. And the result proved satisfactory.
