With the rapid development of railway transportation, the research and application of the train monitoring system has become an important topic in the field of railway transportation. The study of this problem is significant both theoretically and practically, especially during the day when train acceleration is in the implementation.With the arrival of Post-PC times, the application of embedded system becomes popular. Now embedded technology has been the focal point of research. The kernel of Hardware of embedded system is embedded microprocessor, ARM (Advanced RISC Machines) processor is a kind of advanced 32-bit embedded RISC (Reduced Instruction Set Computer) microprocessor, which is in the lead accredited in this field, and occupied in the field of embedded system application of low consumption, low cost and high performance. The embedded technology based on ARM has become a light point of current embedded field. The key of a successful embedded system is with an excellent embedded operation system. uC/OS-II is a new embedded operation system that has several outstanding strong points such as free source code, oriented small or middle scale application, preemptive kernel, multitask and preferable portability. It has been used in all kinds of embedded systems.This paper assumes Train Integrality monitoring system based on ARM MPU. The design and debugging of the Hardware circuit based on ARM MPU has been completed, and the design and application of Software platform has been implemented, including the portability of uC/OS-II, the program of acceleration collecting, the program of GPS' information collecting, integrated data and so on. The embedded application system can be suitable for users' needs about real-time and rapidly dealing with data, and can complete train integrality monitoring well, So it have a broad application prospects.
