Study On The Combat Capability Evaluation Methods Of Communications EW Equipment System-of-Systems

Communication electronic war (communication EW) has become more and more important in the local battles which are equipped with modern high technology. Due to the following requirements, evaluating the equipment SoS of communication electronic war and the combat capability of the communication electronic war army has become a more and more pressing task : the need of analyzing the combat capability of the army equipment and find the problems existing in the equipment; the need of identifying the rationality and necessity of the equipment configuration system in order to advance reasonable and practical advice for the design, development and configuration of the equipment.This thesis has studied the developing actuality and problems in the combat capability of communication electronic war equipment; illustrated the relevant concepts that have to do with the evaluation of communication EW; analyzed the basic configuration of the communication EW equipment SoS; the principles and evaluating procedures as well as demands for the establishing of the system are put forward to establish the system; by using The Analytical Hierarchy Process, the weight coefficients of every index in the estimation system for combat capability of the communication EW equipment and the weight coefficients of index for evaluating the combat capability of unit equipment are fixed.In light of the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method, each index for unit equipment is graded quantitively, the computing methods for the combat capability of unit equipment, the combat capability of the theoretical system, the practical combat capability of the system and the practical combat capability of army are advanced; lastly, case study follows.
