Study On Distribution Network Planning Of The High Technique And Economic Development Zone In Taizhou

As the terminal network in power system,distribution network is directly connected with consumers.Distribution network is an important public infrastructure which affacts the development of national economy and society.The construction and operation of distribution network will directly affact the reliability of power supply and people's life.With the quick development of society,the electricty consumers also increase rapidly.As a result,in order to ensure safe and stable operation of the distribution network at the same time,it is necessary to construct and upgrade the network through reasonable planning of distribution network.Meanwhile,it is imprtant to pay attention to the investment.Distribued network planning for High Tech.& Economic Development Zone in Taizhou was researched in this paper.The planning was used to guide the construction and upgrade of distribution network in this zone,which could satisfy the demand of electricity quantity and quality in the future.The main work in this paper is listed as follows.1)The general state of the High Tech.& Economic Development Zone in Taizhou was introduced.Also the status of the present grid was analized and evaluated which provides the basic information to distribution network planning for this zone.2)After the analysis of load forcasting methods and the characteristics of substation and the power supply region,the power supply region was divided into the partition block for load forecasting.This paper applied spatial load forecasting as the main method and mathematical model forcasting as the supplement to forecast the load level in spatial,which is the basis of distribution network planning in the future.3)After analysis of the demand and load forcasting,the high/middle/low voltage distribution network was planned based on the status of the present grid.The planning includes substation planning,network structure and channel planning,distribution automation planning,which could guide the construction of the distribution network in the future.4)The planning scheme was evaluated by both power supply reliability and capacity.In addition,the investment estimation and economic evaluation of the planning scheme were also analyzed.
