Research On Construction For Disaster Reduction Green Space And Method For Reply To City Crisis In Suzhou

According to the characteristic of urban disaster, the principle of urban disaster management and problems of current disaster prevention and reduction, this paper studies the construction for disaster reduction green space and method for reply to city crisis. Firstly, combining the technique of base map drawing, urban green spectrum measurement, remote image enhancement and restoration, special topic information extraction, information compound process and cartography, urban park green space information and spatial allocation situation are discussed. Then function for disaster prevention and reduction of urban emergency shelter is analyzed basing on the principle of urban disaster management. Finally, spatial allocation rule, basic design method and affiliated establishment planning content of urban emergency shelter are researched. The aim of this paper is research for Suzhou disaster prevention and reduction green space actuality, corresponding the actual construction and city planning and discussing the feasibility, basic method and techno-system of urban disaster reduction green space. The study fills up the blank research field in Suzhou and can provide government with reasonable decision foundation.
