The Research And Development Of Testing System Of Hydraulic Transmission Gear Box

Nowadays, hydraulic transmission gear box are widely used in oil machinery industry in China and there is a large potential market for the maintenance of hydraulic transmission gear box. This paper is to research and develop the test system of hydraulic transmission gear box for maintenance enterprises.Based on the analysis of the structure, performance, operating requirements ,common faults and causes of transmission box and combined with the related test standards ,three kinds of test bed are proposed for maintenance enterprises to choose and the test item and method are summarized.On this basis,general scheme of testing system is put forward and the selection and match of main test equipments are studied; the mechanism, hydraulic and electric system are designed for the maintenance test bed ; the measure and controll system is also developed on the test bed.On the testing bed, base with slides and moveable structure are used as the support and fix structure for the transmission, bracket is designed to move transmission box with the hoisting equipment or without at the test site; Link of input power shaft and fixed structure of transmission case are designed to meet the requirements of testing for the installation of a variety forms of hydraulic transmission box. Device of oil filling is equipped on the test bed to lubricate and the self-ump-lubrication is used to pump oil into the transmission oil system, which could avoid oil pollution and make it possible to know the working situation of the pump. The electrical soft starting circuit and interlock control circuit on the test bed are designed to reduce the interference in the factory power supply line and protect the equipment and, guarantee the normal operation of the test bed.The kernel of the measure and controll system is an industrial control PC;different sensors, data acquisition modules and display instruments are equipped to collecte signals in the test hardware system,which can realize value centralized display as well as collect and process data by computer. The test software is programmed by Visual Basic 6.0,which can realize real-time data collection and control, data store, query and process, report generation and print. In the end The error analysis of testing System and how to deal with disturbances are specially discussed.
