Pingxiang electric power grid belongs to electric power network in Chozuo of Guangxi grid company and includes now eight networking substations in total: Pingxiang 110kV Substation, and seven 35kV Substations in the middle, north, Youyiguan , Shangshi, Xiashi, Pingerguan and Mayue.In order to meet the needs of transformation and development of Pingxiang electric power grid and improve the safe operation and management level of Pingxiang electric power grid, according to the requirements of Specifications for County-level Grid Dispatching Automation System Construction of electric power co., ltd of Guangxi grid company, combined with the present development requirements and technical development level of Pingxiang electric power grid, the engineering design and commissioning situation of the Pingxiang electric power grid dispatching automation main system are introduced in the paper based on the overall performance and technical indexes, structure and configuration (including hardware and software), communication channel and station end RTU four aspects. Eight-station RTU access for the system in the first phase is configured and implemented, realizing real-time data acquisition and communication, real-time operating status display and surveillance, remote control and regulation, accident alarm, out-of-limit/displacement alarm, SOE, PDR, data calculation and statistics, working information logon, screen display and operation and other functions, and improving the power supply reliability and modern management level of Pingxiang electric power grid effectively.
