Upgrading Design And Application On The County-level Electric Power Dispatch Automatization System

With the rapid construction of the country-level power network, more and more no-operator stations have been operated, and the operation mode of power network becomes complex. The electric power dispatch automation system will become more and more important as an important measure to ensure the power network operated in safety, quality, economy and also to improve the management level of the power network dispatching, . In order to construct a dispatching automation system with perfect function and steady performance, we have to update the electric power grid dispatching automation system, combining the construction of electric power grid.This article has summarized the operation and management status of a power dispatching automation system and discussed the objectives and significance of EMS system operated in power network dispatching automation. It presents the system functions and requirements to be considered in SCADA and other aspects based on the different demands and characteristics. Also it shows the functions of the system should have and the issues to be focused on during the construction process. It points out especially that to improve the availabilities of the system developing the special functions on the actual demands of a final customer is a must.
