Study On The Planning Index System Of Village Construction Land In Wuhan Area

In the wave of new village construction, an allimportant effect is palyed by the planning of village construction land, as the antecedence of new village construction. However, absence and shortage exist in the index of guidacce and control could be draw on,or need to be confirmed. Aimed at this circumstance, the index system of village construction land planning suitable to Wuhan area is established, via study on the index referenced on village construction land planning and the actuality in Wuhan area, hoping to instructing compiling of the planning.First, the policy background and reality background are studied on, knowing the tendency of new village construction,and the deficiency of the village construction land planning guideline is pointed out. Then, the intention and the sense of this study are put forward, while the method and framework are confirmed.Secondly, the policy,law and criterion related to village planning construction are specialized and analyzed, and the trend and characteristic of the movement are studied on. Seeking the stand in the great policy requitement range, some relating studies are set forth and analyzed. Upstanding theory support and reference methods are offer based on it.In the third chapter, the guideline standard of village construction land planning in Wuhan area are compared and analyzed. Based on the status of village construction in Hannan zone in Wuhan, the construction status and village construction planning practice are studied on. The content informations of these two parts ,which are the pivot chapters of this paper, are collected entirely, compared and analyzed one on one.Combined of the guideline comparison and analysis and the reality of Wuhan area, superadding the summarize analysis of former two chapters, village construction land planning guideline index system is established, which is the intention of the whole paper. Finally, the manage countermeasure and inspiring are pointed out.
