Road Traffic And Land Use Integrated Researchb Based On The Integration Of Urban And Rural Areas

Chengtu is constructioning integration of urban and rural, but it is lack of effective policy supporting for promoting coordinated development of road traffic and land-use. This thesis is starting from this demand, the system has developed the road traffic and the land utilization conformity research, gives method and suggestion of Chengtu optimizes.The studying of the history, current situation and planning of the road traffic and land-use in Chengdu, and in depth analysis of the main reasons.Based on MATLAB software platform , establish a road traffic and land-use interactive mechanism model, and also put forward the key indexes to describe the relationship between the road traffic and land-use. Launch the groundbreaking in view of Chengtu' s road traffic and the land utilization quantitative investigation.Explore the land-use developing patterns for the road traffic guiding regional,the land-use patterns recommended focus on the high-density land-use pattern, but the transport development model chosen for the land use guiding development regional, should be according to the traffic forecasts for different land-use regional.Based on the collection analysis methods, the study demonstrates that the road traffic planning policy for the integration of urban and rural areas of Chengtu is feasible.By setting up a model for a small area between the urban and rural areas, put forward a case for reference for the integration of urban and rural areas in Chengtu. and in accordance with the results of the land-use planning, non-collection analysis methods are used to verify it.
