In the 21st century, competition in the market is self-evident. With economic globalization and the development of unprecedented prosperity, individual enterprises have been, by all possible forms, cooperated with other enterprises. Supply chain management is in the form of co-operation most eye-catching.In today's highly competitive market environment, each of the companies focus on their core strengths, position in the value chain to a node in the form of the supply chain to compete, but the results are unsatisfactory. The reason is: the operation of the supply chain strategy is a key factor in improper, that is, how individual enterprise integrate and cooperate after integration. In order to enhance supply chain performance, academics launch a series of studies about the strategy for the operation of the supply chain. The first study of the supply chain strategy is about lean model and agile model, and then there is the integration of the two models. These precious research have provided an entry point for this thesis.Lean production is essentially a production management technology. To achieve lean production do not require the force of a large number of high-tech equipment, but first of all for thinking of enterprise management innovation, focusing on reducing costs, improving quality, the existing production process of optimization and improvement. The implementation of lean enterprise management, for Chinese enterprises, lack of capital and management technology, is of great realistic significance.Agile Manufacturing, from a strategic level, bring out the goal enterprise should reach. It has to adapt to change and control the future, to emphasize not only adapt to the challenges of today's market, but also pay attention to the future and adapt to the market share. Agile Manufacturing emphasizes constantly self-adjusting ability with the changes in the market-oriented enterprises, beyond on a specific day-to-day operation of the product management. Agile Manufacturing, from a strategic height, co-ordinate business at a higher level of production and operation, to establish virtual enterprise (Virtual Enterprise VE), or Virtual (Dynamic Alliance, DA).This thesis is based on above theoretical basis and in the form of development, takes the framework of the supply chain as the entry point, to explore the difference of lean production and agile manufacturing, tries to integrate the two current popular production technique in the same supply chain. This paper intents to build a leagile supply chain, from inside to outside, from tactical to strategic, so that the supply chain itself can quickly respond to changes in product demand, and so that enterprises can achieve business survival, development and expansion of competitive advantage without predicting the sustained, rapid changes in the competitive environment. The paper is expected of guiding significance in the theory and practical significance in the business.
