With the development of economy and society, a company's internal and external environment is becoming more complicated and the competition is becoming more fiercely. Then, how to meet the needs of customers and improve product quality has become a key to win in the competition. In order to gain competitive advantage, an enterprise must rely on continued product innovation and creativity. In such circumstances, there is a need for finding new product development technologies to develop new product that can bring customer satisfaction.Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a systematic approach that transfers the voice of customers into the designing, manufacturing and production process of products and services. QFD uses a two-dimensional matrix to transfer the customer needs into technology characteristics, which can ensure the quality of products and services that meet the customer needs and bring customer satisfaction. This dissertation takes the electric connector of one company as an investigation object, puts Quality Function Deployment into the design of electric connector, and realizes the whole design flow of electric connector from customer requirement to design ways.This paper contains the following major research areas:(1)QFD on the basic concept and steps are described in detail, discussed in the core of QFD - House of Quality (QH) the basic structure for the implementation of the QFD and quantitative methods to conduct a preliminary study, discussed in the final QFD traditional methods and the development of The difference between the methods, come to QFD is a relatively good method of product development.(2)QFD to the main line, combined with situational analysis, KJ law, AHP method (AHP), and other tools to build a QFD-based product innovation model. By customer needs to be translated into effective technical measures, and customer demand for the value of the sort of reaction to the choice of technical measures, in order to be able to meet the identified needs of the customer's design, and design conflict Technology of the measures.(3)QFD research in a company e-connector design concepts, from the customer to confirm, to choose the parameters, and the use of analytic hierarchy HOQ carrying the weight of analysis and confirmation, and then to draw the better in several programs. The design in the future be able to design better economic and social benefits.
