For a long time, product development of traditional manufacturing enterprise has been technology-oriented.With the Internet economy, this development model is being replaced by user demand-oriented mode. Only user needs-based, in order to design attractive products recognized by the user, in order to take advantage of competition in the market.Quality Function Deployment(QFD) is a systematic method, form fuzzy user requirements to quality characteristics can be quantified, to ensure the requirements of users can be fully reflected in products or services.Kano model can be divided five categories, customer satisfaction has been greatly improved by which attractive quality. Kano model combines with quality function deployment, not only can help enterprises provide competitiveness products, but also help enterprises has iterative product development model.In this thesis, QFD and Kano model are combined to ensure the quality of new product development process. Through complaints and suggestions through the user, research and development personnel of experience, the experience of existing projects, competitive product analyzes, as well as new product development to get the user’s original demand data, to get user requirments.application scenario analysis and affinity method(KJ method) to analyze the user requirement, to mine attractive requirements by Kano mode, use of Kano model and determine the needs of mining charismatic charismatic needs and to determine satisfaction coefficient for attractive requirements.To determine the degree of importance of user requirements based on the user’s initial priority and weighted right degree of importance, to do market competitive analysis and quality planning for user requirements based on the analysis, obtaining quality characteristics and the quality characteristics of hierarchical analysis, to do technical competitive analysis and calculate the importance of quality characteristics, set the quality characteristics of the target, to analysis of the relationship between the quality characteristics,to construct attractive requirements quality housing,to comprehensive assess for attractive requirements quality housing. Finally, we complete the design and planning of new product development based on quality planning and quality characteristics planning.Through the implementation of Kano Model HOQ, enterprises can provide competitiveness products, and improve user satisfaction, gain competitive advantage, the all methods of user requirements elicitation and user demand-oriented development model can bring to the enterprise, determine the technical focus of the project and the measures taken to improve the technology.
