Simulator research units are far different from ways used for measurement and control of hardware: equipments developed by group themselves, also the purchased equipment; in the way of realization, industrial control systems, embedded systems are used by someone, but others also adopt VXI, PXI total system. In the hardware control part of simulation training, due to different ways used in systems, which causes difficulty for maintenance of equipment. In addition, maintenance staffs of the simulator's user also have trouble in doing so highly professional level to safeguard simulator. Therefore, to a certain extent, it will cause simulator's failure and non-repair in time. So the development of a common hardware monitoring and control system is the purpose of this paper.In this paper, taking the simulator control system as an example, design plan of measurement and control system, technical indicators, and the module function of the monitoring and control system are described in detail, as well as to analysis the principle of system, to ensure reliability work of the system with the reliability of measures under consideration.Simulator monitoring system, including nine types of monitoring and control cards, which can detect simulator training site of the switching, analog, at the same time to drive lights, relays, digital control, and stepper motor, monochrome / color LCD screen work.Measurement & Control System Simulator is distributed embedded systems, single card with the ability to work independently, the relative existing PCI, VXI, the PC104 bus and other products, with access control, modular, and other advantages, providing a good measurement and control hardware platform to the simulator and with the promotion value.All Control modules can be achieved through 51 series MCU. In monitoring and control system of the simulator, the SCM system is defined as including: frequency oscillator, watchdog and EEPROM, RS232 interface, the CPU data bus and address bus driver latch. The principle of public part of the control card is the same.The system's stability, reliability, which is main part of system design, decided by reliable design, to some extent, determine the success or failure of the system, so all possible factors before starting design of the system, must be totally considered, adopting various measures to improve the system reliable. This paper mainly from four aspects: the hardware anti-jamming and anti-jamming software, electromagnetic compatibility and PCB design to take measures to improve the reliability of the system.It has been proven from practice that: the design concept, design method, achievement way used in the subject are correct and to the other similar projects, which also has a certain reference value.
