In this paper the current situation, the development trend and the technology gap has been comprehensive analysissed about home and abroad milling machine. In order to reduce with the overseas technological gap, enhance product quality, researching the automatic power distribution for Asphalt Milling Machine has positive sense.Paper for researching the control system of automatic power distribution about 2-meter hydraulic Asphalt Milling machine. First, Analyzed each control system structure and function analysis. Above this foundation, the control system structure based on CAN-bus was given. At the same time, the system of automatic power distribution was optimized combining with traditon PID; Second, According to the principle of automatic power distribution controlling, we got positive algorithm and emulated the system performance of the automatic power distribution for Asphalt Milling Machine; Final: We construction Input Module and Output Module against the alternative PLC. Above this foundation, we allocated ports and draw connecting diagrams about communication, main controller and passive controller, draw the software flow chart and write the program. Carry out the simulation experiment on automatic power distribution using the existing Siemens S7-200 PLC in hand. Have verified feasibility and rationality that automatic power distribution system designs.
