Application Of Substation Automation Based On Ethernet In Metallurgical Industry

For specific requirement of the steel plant power supply, research the scheme apply to steel plant power supply which was based on Ethernet and substation general automatic.On Research of the general automatic technology, which include conception, development, basic function, principle of design, structural style, and communication net, through the field research and against the features and specific requirement of the steel plant power supply, based on the design experience of the electric power system, a general scheme about the substation of the iron and steel industry was proposed, which was based on Ethernet and substation general automatic, and a new system was designed based on this scheme.Through amount of academic research and contrast, we work out a convenience and reliability scheme, which include general principle, control model, system organization, system function, communication model, and anti-interference.Based on this scheme, about 13 renovation projects have been done in two yeas, a lot of technique problems have been solved, during which, the validity of this scheme was proved. The study of this subject meet with the demand of power supply technology in the iron and steel industry, and which is propitious to the promotion and application of the Ethernet and substation general automatic in the iron and steel industry substation.
