Dual clutch transmission which is based on the existent MT manufacture technique, inherits many advantages of the manual transmission such as high transmission efficiency, compact package space, light weight and low cost etc. has excellent launch and shift characters, and so has good development future. DCT transmission stalls divided into odd and even number, with two clutch connected, in the process of shifting, with two clutch control, dynamic shift can be achieved to enhance the momentum of the vehicles, economy and comfort.Control software is the core of electronic control system. The vehicle's dynamic,economic performance and comfort were impacted by it's quality. The dual-clutch automatic transmission software system was developed by this paper. Key elements include:1 the dynamic and economic performances were researched according to the measurement of engine performance test data. According to the dynamic and economic performance, auto-shift laws were developed. Analysis the impact of driver's intention and slope on shift law, the standard shift law was modified.2 Based on the implementation of the principle, to establish the appropriate implementation of the control subsystem;3 The shift has been formulated in accordance with the law, and the driver intended to shift the gradient of the corrective measures, to discuss the realization of their algorithm, and gives its specific forms;4 Dual clutch control rules of the automobile startup and shift were developed; the realizations of the rules were founded in stateflow.5 In order to test performance of the rules, test rig was designed. Based on the dspace, control interface of the implementing agencies and shift and startup were developed. Based on the rig, according to the model and rules had been developed, startup and shift experiment were done.
