| According to China's "long-term railway network planning" large-scale construction of passenger dedicated railway is already underway. In order to become effective, passenger dedicated railway need a suit of technology for China's scheduling operations. The station operation planning of passenger dedicated railway is one part of transportation Dispatching planning of Passenger Dedicated Railway, which reflects the day-to-day station work to be required to complete and is the basis of co-ordination of the station equipment to be used. Traditional manual preparation of railway station operation planning is no longer meet the objective needs. Therefore, we need to use the computer to develop station operation planning system, and the system could optimize the operation of the program, which will enable high-speed EMU and medium-speed train to rationalize operations, to ensure to complete the task with high quality and efficiency, and it is for the passenger line Station staff to wave the station operation planning for reference.This paper combines with domestic and international passenger dedicated railway stations as well as the development of the status of China's passenger dedicated railway, and analyses the operating characteristics of the station, as well as operating processes. In this paper, the passenger station operating plan process, principles, as well as the preparation of elements are studied. Taking into account of the passenger train arriving at the station making a short interval, following by high-frequency, station operation planning need to be waved with higher efficiency, and when it is in the event of unexpected incidents, it needs fast and efficient operation of the planning adjustment, and reduces the impact scope of the emergency. This paper analyses the methods of the adjustment of station operation planning in case of the emergency taking place. The paper studies the model and algorithm of the utilization of arrival and departure tracks at passenger dedicated railway stations, systems modules and functions, and designs the interface of the main functions of the system. |
