The Model And Its Application Of Highway Route Assessment

Since the reform, highway construction in China has accomplished great achievements, however, it still existence some problem, such as security problem, influencing of environment along road etc, so these problems has been given more attention. In this paper, highway route was evaluated by establishment highway route safety evaluation model, environment influence evaluation model and highway economy evaluation model, hoping to solve the problem.The research has indicated the methods and developments of evaluation about the safety, environment influence and economy of the highway. In the safety evaluation of the highway route model, we have introduced the theoretical basis, structural design and implementation of the function. we have checked the design index of highway route, and calculated operation speed to exanimate the safety of highway route .In environment influence evaluation model, according to《Highway Construction Projects Environmental Impact Assessment Norms》and the environment influence of characteristics and principle of established assessment system , set up assessment system .Put forward feasible method for actor of evaluation index, output highway environment influence evaluation result The highway economy evaluation model, it is evaluate the highway economic fee from construction expenses and user expenses, output the prediction of cost from highways construction to highway operation.
