Highway Route Design Safety Inspection System Research

Road safety is required for life of a person, healthy economy and stability society. Road traffic accident and road condition is closely related with road linear. Comfortable linear and clear driving direction, security of enough eyes distance and comfortable driving route are basic conditions to guarantee the vehicle safety. This purpose of this paper is to approve the potential instability factors of the road route design and suggest simultaneously the technical measure reducing and removing the danger factors.By considering the safe evaluation theory knowledge, with the principles such as car driving theory, road linear and road safety, and road security evaluation standard, the security inspection standard of a road route design and the main point including four points are proposed, which are plane design of a road route, lengthwise section design, combination of plane linear and lengthwise linear and eyes distance, In addition, the safe inspection list method of the road route design is also suggested. For the Zhu-Yon Highway is located at the mountain district, the important linear indexes of a design stage such as a plane curve radius, a curve combination, the long straight line, long downhill and eye distance, are analyzed. In this paper, the basic thinking of a road design is suggested for improving the safe inspection system, guiding the safety inspection, decreasing the road safety accidents and the risk degree caused by a road design, and improving an essential safety degree.
