One packaging machine for pin fixing is desiged and manufactured in order to improve the efficiency of product, which include frame optimization, kinematics, stress validation and control system. Some result are got as following:(1) Four moving form, such as Crank-slide, Gear-rack, Gas driving and so on, are compared each other, and the advantage and disadvantage are analyzed one by one. One optimal structure that the cylinder connected with the slide with the help of one board is determined finally. The slide is fixed on the guide, and its accuracy is guarateed by the guide's precision. Moreover, this structure can reduce the dimension of equipment in one direction.(2) The key parts for tuning the worktable and pin fixing, such as pin uploading, rotating and limit stop block, are investigated. The optic tube are replaced by the optic fiber for identifation of pin. The designed worktable can move along with three direction. Furthermore, the intensity of screw is also validated here.(3) The SYSMAC-C PLC made in OMRON company is adopted as a key component for the hardware and software. The corresponding PLC program is also written in terms of interface supplied. The experiment is done after the prototype is produced. It shows that the above product can be used the the packaging box with different shape, and the efficiency can also be improved greatly.The above work has a wide application in the industry, the prototype can institute the similar half-automatic product. |
