The Research On Organization Risk Management In Construction Engineering Projects

Recently, the construction scale of construction engineering projects extends continuously in China, and the construction speed is accelerated continuously. Besides, there are more and more organizations in these projects, and the level of participation people is quite different. Under these circumstances, the level of project management for construction engineering needs to be enhanced, and the risk which engineering project organizations face is becoming higher and higher. Because of many risk factors influencing the aim of engineering project organizations, the caused loss is more and more serious. As one of the important parts of project risk, organization risk needs to be emphasized and managed especially. Therefore, studying on organization risk management in construction engineering projects is realistic significantly.First of all, this paper introduces the present status and development of risk management of construction projects at home and abroad, defines organization risk management in engineering projects, and describes the characteristics of organization risk in construction engineering projects and the connotation of organization risk management in construction engineering projects. In addition, it analyses organization risk factors in construction engineering projects, and evaluates organization risk by the fuzzy synthetical evaluation method. After that, effective organization risk prevention methods are proposed. For an example, the concept of establishing command coordination organization is put forward and applied so as to strengthen the prevention and management of organization risk. In the end, this paper does a substantial evidence research which takes the Changsha-Xiangyin highway reconstruction project organization as an example. During the course of research, the model's applicability is checked, and the efficiency of organization risk prevention methods is also checked. The research conclusion has very strong guiding function and practical reference function for organization risk management in construction engineering projects.On the basis of analyzing and discussing organization risk in construction engineering projects and its management methods, this paper puts forward some exact and practical organization risk coping strategies. They have more higher practical value for perfecting risk management system and improving the level of organization risk management in construction engineering projects.
