Daqing oilfield distribution network has been calculated with the use of artificial methods in the economic operation and optimization of energy-saving technologies. There is not only a heavy workload, long hours, but also low accurate calculation. And in making energy-saving technologies, being choice of small, the result of energy-saving technical measures implemented is not satisfactory. In this paper, the status quo for these, to study the application of genetic algorithm, nonlinear cycle flow algorithm, the trend of net loss model, the smallest loss of optimal power flow model executes reactive power optimization of power flow calculation, and simulates and optimizes the distribution network operation mode of economic and energy-saving technologies program, providing more comprehensive data for the Oil Production Plant departments, to provide a reliable basis for improving the science, accuracy and efficiency of distribution network construction and operation of management science, the accuracy and efficiency, achieving the economic operation of distribution network, reducing power consumption.Distribution network system reactive power optimization problem is a multi-objective, multi-variable, multi-constrained nonlinear programming problem of the hybrid, and the optimization variables are both continuous variables such as node voltage, and discrete variables, such as gear transformers, reactive power compensation device group, etc., making the entire optimization process very complicated, especially in the process of optimizing the treatment of discrete variables increases the difficulty of the optimization problem. Traditional mathematical optimization methods can only find a local optimal solution. Since self-intelligent algorithms, evolutionary computation methods have flourished, to help people solve a lot of practical problems, especially in solving practical problems in engineering ,such as genetic algorithm (Genetic Algorithm, GA), non-linear cycle flow algorithm, which combines manual analysis with computer processing data accurate, efficient features, to optimize the realization of grid computing.The purpose of this paper is according to the opinion above based on the powder system data of Daqing oil field development database, using VisualC + + and DotNet environment to develop a distribution network power flow calculation and optimization software and network optimization information by GIS applications. In the system design, the use of GA and BP technology to optimize power grid design, algorithm for reactive power compensation to achieve power flow calculation and optimization of energy-saving measures, GIS technology to achieve sharing of results and the basis of the power system network information sharing, software design in line with the trend of technological development.Power flow calculation is a kind of basic electrical terms operation which studies the steady-state of power system. The task of conventional power flow calculation is to determine the operational status of the entire system based on a given network structure and operating conditions. Its results are basis of fault analysis and the calculation of power system stability. This article discusses in the Daqing Oilfield power system the research of operation and planning programs by power flow calculation, and on comparison with feasibility, reliability and economy of operating mode or planning power proposal. At the same time, put forward using off-line power flow calculation when the system in arrangements for planning and designing systems approach; in the power system operating state of the real-time monitoring ,in-line power flow calculation used.Net loss for the impact of the problem, optimizing the distribution network to take basic measures still run reactive power compensation, transformers adjustment, operation adjustment. The measures adopted to achieve the best energy-saving effect of the current distribution network in accordance with the trend of distribution can be obtained through quantitative analysis. And in this paper, through the research of the actual situation on the oil extraction plant and analysis of power grid running data, develop and optimize the algorithm of situ dispersion compensation, centralized compensation etc.. Through the adjustment of distribution transformer, the adjustment of running methods and integrating, achieve the preferred program of energy-saving technical measures.The author of this article, through the development of distribution power flow calculation and optimization of software and GIS applications to optimize information grid system, discusses the relevant technical research, and develops the network system economic operation of distribution software. The system by GA-BP can be used not only in the identification of power distribution grid, and in power flow calculation of distribution network, reactive power compensation calculation and optimization of energy-saving technical measures, which uses power flow calculation method based on this. While using the GIS technology can query power system information, and combines production information with the relevant production information, providing a means for dynamic analysis of the oil field development to support decision-making. The software system is mainly for the oil distribution network management and planning areas, to help oil factory factory-class user manage and count production information of power system in oil field. Digital maps, taking spatial databases of Oilfield Surface Engineering (mainly including the road system, gathering and transportation systems, water injection system, electric power systems based on ground-based field data) and related properties database as main, combined with oil field development database, can query GIS information and oil production information, counting production information, and analyze the influence of the failure of some equipment. And through the power flow calculation and optimization software makes good choice of energy-saving measures.The system software after the success of research and development, through the acquisition of operation data of each node of distribution network, the power flow calculation, simulates and optimizes distribution network economic operation mode and energy-saving technology. based on the calculation results, the realization of extension can be optimized to achieve the purpose of reducing the active power, Compensation can also be carried out to achieve the purpose of reducing the active power. Some departments are provided a more comprehensive distribution network basic data, to improve science, the accuracy and efficiency of the distribution network construction and operation of management, to achieve the economic operation of distribution network, to reduce power consumption.
