The Study On Assessment Of The Livability Of Zhengzhou

Based on the analysis of the theory about the livable city, this paper establishes the assessment indictor system of the livable city from the following aspects: economy growth, social harmony, living level and environment preservation. Then this paper assesses the livability of Zhengzhou, by using the method of principal component analysis. The purser of this paper is to perfect the theory of the livable city and the assessment of it, and to find out the problem of the livability of Zhengzhou, by studying the theory of the livable city and assessing the livability of Zhengzhou. Thispaper includes six parts.The first part is an introduction. This paper introduces the background, significance of this topic, analyses the research progress of the livable city, designs the research contents, method and technical route.The second part is an analysis of the theory about the livable city. This paper studies the definition, meanings, and features of the livable city, and analyses the basic theory of the livable city.The third part is the establishment of the assessment indictor system of the livable city. Following some principles, this paper establishes the assessment indictor system of the livable city, and puts forward analytic hierarchy process method and principal component analysis method.The forth part is the analysis and assessment of Zhengzhou's livability. By using principal component analysis method, this paper analyses Zhengzhou's livability. After assessing Zhengzhou's livability by comparing with the livability of itself in the past few years and the livability of some other city, this paper finds out the problem of the livability of Zhengzhou.The fifth part is the countermeasures to improve Zhengzhou's livability. According to the people-oriented principal, this paper thinks that Zhengzhou should promote economic development, perfect social security system, improve the living level and optimize sociological environment. The last part is the conclusion. This paper makes some conclusions, points out the creative points, some problems in the study, and some questions required to further study.
