Study On The Use-coefficient Of Holistic Teaching Building In Universities

Higher learning institution teaching building is the carrier of higher education. With the continuous evolvement and development of the internal higher education system,it has also undergone an important transformation,and there has appeared a passel of holistic teaching buildings.Compared with the internal higher learning institution teaching building early that lays particular stress on the functional space such as classroom,the new holistic teaching build values more on the nonfunctional space and pays more attention to the communion between teachers and students out of class in the process of designing and construction.The research to the use coefficient of holistic teaching building is a part of the after-use evaluation.The use-coefficient can reflect the rationality and economy of nonteaching space,and is an important yardstick to judge the design of teaching builds.For the issues about indistinct and not-yet-quantified of usage coefficient of present integral teaching buildings,the thesis expands the direct and indirect factors influencing it by ways of literature review,field research,analytic statistics,case studies, theoretical model calculating and etc.Then the unit models and overall formations suitable for integral teaching buildings are proposed,as well as the optimizing principles of the ingredients that composing non-functional space,which is the most dominate factor affecting integral teaching building.On this basis,a reasonable range of usage coefficients that adapted to varied suitable architecture formation of integral teaching buildings are obtained.Come to the conclusion through researching with the college education can be helpful to study architectures,and reduce the non-functional space design in blindly unreasonable construction of the teaching building,even with the resulting economic waste.
