The Research On The Planning Of The Basic Educational Facilities Distribution In Weiyang District Of Xian City

Recently much attention has been paid upon the basic educational facilities distribution of the city,the way of optimizing the educational resources and of perfecting the educational facilities and so on.Therefore,it is of great significance to research and discuss how to adapt the basic educational facilities distribution of the city to the present urban planning and the rapid urbanization.The countermeasures and related index systems of the basic educational facilities distribution of the city are proposed on the basis of discussing and researching the related theories on the basic educational facilities distribution of the city.The soft science research project of Xi'an city-the planning of the basic educational facilities distribution in Weiyang district of Xian city-is completed under instruction of these theories.The main contents of the research are shown as follows:Firstly,the author looks back our country's development of educational facilities distribution in different periods,and discusses the purposes,meanings,methods and the trends of research on this subject,and so on.Secondly,the countermeasure and index system-increasing the design and the evaluation-of the planning of the basic educational facilities distribution of the city are proposed on the basis of analyzing the related theory about it.Thirdly,the author investigates the current status of the basic educational facilities distribution in Weiyang district of Xi'an city,and analyses the problems and the reasons of it.Fourthly,on the basis of the theories mentioned above,the soft science research project of Xi'an city is achieved-the planning of basic educational facilities in Weiyang district of Xi'an city.Finally,a summary of the procedures,the methods and the implementing proposals of the basic educational facilities distribution of the city is presented.But there are several things to research deeply in the future.
