Space is where all human activities take place,as is educational activity.The educational concept has produced a variety of educational activities based on the educational concept through its guiding influence on the educational activity.As the carrier of the educational activity,the design and construction of the space will gradually influence the development of the educational activity and the educational concept.Implementation.In the context of the rapid development of higher education in China,the concept of contemporary education and its needs have also changed.In the process of expanding the construction of college campuses in China,the construction of campus space and building space is often only focused on meeting the needs of architecture-level functions and forms.Designers also lack the requirements for different college education levels in the design process.consider.Therefore,there is a disconnect between the construction of school space and the needs of higher education.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the architectural space and campus space applicable to contemporary educational concepts and educational activities.As we all know,Germany is in the highlands of the world's architecture and higher education.From the 19 th century,Humboldt and others began to reform education.After spiraling development,it became one of the world's most advanced higher education countries.Especially after the "World War II",German higher education has also ushered in the era of popularization.Not only have the original colleges been transformed and rebuilt,but also a large number of new universities have been born.The Brandenburg University of Technology in Germany is a successful case of a newly-built university that combines first-class architectural space and campus space with its educational philosophy and educational activities.This article will be based on the concept of German higher education,in-depth study of the development and reform of the German Brandenburg University of Technology,from the perspective of pedagogy to explore the emergence of educational ideas and the characteristics of educational activities.Then,through the methods of field investigation and literature review,the campus construction is studied from the perspective of the combination of architecture and pedagogy,and the characteristics of the use and design of educational activities under the guidance of different schools and educational concepts are analyzed.And through the evolution process of the overall space construction of the campus and the study of the overall space characteristics,the relationship between the school construction and the educational concept is explored.Finally,sum up the school construction experience and put forward the enlightenment of the construction,combined with environmental behavior and psychology,summed up the space design principles and design priorities suitable for its educational philosophy.Through the research on Brandenburg University of Technology,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the educational philosophy such as open education,lifelong education and practical education.And through the analysis of the educational activities carried out under the educational concept and the correlation and use of the architectural space and campus space,the characteristics of the campus space and architectural space of the university are summarized.Finally,based on the summary of the school construction experience of the Brandenburg University of Technology and the key summary of space design adapted to the needs of the educational concept,the enlightenment of the university at the level of school construction and space design is obtained.Expect to expand the example database of school construction in foreign universities in China,and provide a reference for the future construction of universities in China.
