Since the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”,China's economy has fully exhibited a “new normal”.As an important carrier of economic and social development and people's production and life, cities also need to take the initiative to meet the challenges of the new era and new trends. In February 2016,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued "Several Opinions of the State Council on Further Strengthening the Management of Urban Planning,Construction and Construction," which emphasized that the planning, management, and seriousness of China's urban planning and construction management are not enough, and pointed out that cities are Problems such as insufficient supply of public goods and services.Shenzhen,as a representative of high-density urban development in China, has been renovating the city for nearly a decade. With the constant adjustment and reorganization of the original urban space,Shenzhen's existing urban renewal unit plan and annual plan management system gradually show development bottlenecks. The overall upgrade of the city is slow, and the effectiveness of public facilities is low.One of the pressing issues facing Shenzhen is how to develop the connotation of urban renewal and break through the traditional updating unit model. This paper believes that urban renewal should be rooted in the long-term and overall vision of population and construction development in urban areas.Based on the concept of overall planning, this paper explores the future development model of regional urban renewal. The specific research content is as follows:The first part contains the contents of the first and second chapters of the thesis. The first chapter introduces the background of the research. The clear research object is the planning of the primary and middle school education facilities under the unified update. The second chapter summarizes the relevant domestic and foreign research and analyzes the regional characteristics of Shenzhen.Experiences and lessons from urban rejuvenation practices have summarized the related research methods and perspectives of space allocation for educational facilities. The second part: referring to the third chapter of the thesis, through the analysis of thebasic characteristics of the traditional update model and its drawbacks,it discusses the basic motivation and necessity of the overall updating of public facilities. The third part: Contains the contents of chapters 4 and 5 of the dissertation. It focuses on planning technical ideas and existing problems in the planning and updating of educational facilities in the current area.It points out the lack of consideration of spatial elements at the planning level and the insufficiency of relevant standards, combining Shenzhen Longhua.Based on an empirical case study of the Yousong area in the district, through evaluation and analysis of its planning results,an attempt was made to construct a spatial optimization model of the “Planning Unit”.The fourth part: referring to the content of Chapter 6 of the thesis, through the refinement of the planning points of the educational facilities in the area's overall planning and updating, the preliminary establishment of the relevant control guidance framework, and attempts to make appropriate adjustments and additions to relevant policies and standards. The fifth part: refers to the content of Chapter 7 of the thesis, summarizes the main points of the paper and the conclusions of the research, and puts forward suggestions for improvement and optimization measures for the existing urban renewal planning mechanism and planning method.
