Project schedule management is the management which is the degree of progressing to every stage and the deadline for the final completion of the project in the process of project implementation.Its purpose is to ensure that projects meet the time constraints in the conditions to achieve the overall goal.In the project construction,schedule management is an important element of management,which involves the quality and efficiency of the two core aspects of the project.Project schedule management,project quality management and project cost management are the most important three contents in the project management.To ensure the completion of the project on schedule,the progress of plans and progress of management control is the essential management link.The Nansha stadium is the martial arts and the sports dance competition hall,is also one of newly built large-scale facilities in 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games. Promotion the management level of the Nansha stadium project management, specially the level of project schedule management,which will directly affect the effectiveness of the project.The author as the management worker of Nansha stadium project,who directly participated in the project schedule management in the formulation of specific plans and implementation,therefore,this article chooses this project schedule management to study as subject of the dissertation.This article has used the method which is the theory and the practice unifies,the material analysis as well as the literature search,and take Nansha stadium project as the background,which elaborated schedule management method in detail in the project practical application.First,the article outline introduced the basic theory and the method about schedule management.Secondly,this article discusses in detail the progress of the schedule management theory in Nansha Stadium project plan.Then,the article elaborates the process of progress schedule execution and control about Nansha stadium engineering project.Finally,the article has used the vanguard long-base method to inspect the project actual progress and the plan progress.Through the inspection,the article has discovered the deviation appeared in the actual progress process.As a result,make use of analysis the reason for actual progress process to adjust the project progress schedule in order to enhance the validity and the stability of the project progress schedule.
