Energy and environment are pressing problems that must be settled by human beings for future survival and development.Wind power has preferable economic and social benefits because of its cleanliness and free pollution,short construction period,flexible investment and few occupation of land.At present,there are big gaps between china and developed countries in wind turbine's theory and application research,the result is that,almost all large-scale wind turbines was imitated from the foreign products.And that not only constrainted by the cost,the transportation, beforemarket and aftermarket,but also consumed lots of money,and the wind turbines imitated from foreign products are designed for external and can't reach its Expected performance for it can't fit our chinese wind farm.Therefore,reseach every technology deeply is important for the lasting research and the domestic of the wind turbine.The running information test and the feedback control system of the wind turbine is one of the key technologies wind power technology development,and also is the key technology of the recommended advanced technologies which can't be easily absorpt. So,we have to innovation develop it with our independent intellectual property rights.This thesis is part of Lanzhou major technological project which is named "Detection and monitoring of feedback control devices of large-scale wind turbines".It is to assess and analyst the law of the wind characteristics change,and to establish a suitable mathematical model.The major work I had done is:â‘ .Have analysted the most commen used 12 kind of moderate wind characteristic models and have builded up a commen mathematical model for moderate wind characteristics,which have solved the problem of the analyst of the wind characteristics in the project.And it also solved the problem that it can not build up a mathematical model easily for we China has large region,changeable terrain and kinds of wind characteristics which is not easy to fit for there is not a low to judge it.â‘¡.After Comprehensive analysis of parameter estimation methods,estimated the parameter of the commen model which is fit the measured wind data,using least square method.And compared the wind characteristics which were estimated from the commen model with the wind characteristics which were calculated form measured wind data.The result showed that,the theoretical distribution curve which were estimated from the commen model have well fitted the probability distribution of the measured samples. â‘¢.Have builded up the simulation model to fit the measured wind data,using the spectrum simulation theory.It showed the law of the wind speed change and related statistical properties of the wind in a certain period of time fully.And verify the reasonableness of the model from comparing the simulation curve with actual wind speed curve and comparing the images of the power spectrum of them.
