Scheme optimization of water conservancy and hydropower project is a process for selecting the optimum scheme from several schemes after discussing and comparing,this optimum scheme should have the characters of advanced technology,technical feasibility, less investment,short construction period,little influence on environment,reliable operat ion,convenient management and so on.Sluice is the most critical building in BeiyinQus hou project,its scale will decided the project investment,project site area and future floo d control cost,and it will exert a profound influence on the Nen River regime.Therefore, after detailed studies of the above influence factors,the paper establishes the index eval uation system,and applies many models to the sluice optimum scheme of BeiyinQushou project.At first,each index of influence sluice scheme optimization in BeiyinQushou project has been analyzed,the index's rationality has been discussed,and the corresponding ind ex evaluation system has been built.Then,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) optimization model,multi-level fuzzy opti mization model and Artificial Neural Network(ANN) optimization model of sluice sche me in BeiyinQushou project has been built in the paper.Through the solution of every model,we can get the sorting of sluice schemes.Finally,through comparing and analyzing the optimum results of every model,the o primal sluice scheme has been recommended for the decision-makers,which make the flo od discharge decision more scientifically and reasonably.
