| Straddle-type monorail vehicle is different from the traditional steel wheel and steel rail transit vehicle. Its traveling part has unique structure, such as the running and guiding mechanism,wheel-rail contact relationship differ from that of other rail transit systems,so it is of great significance to research the dynamical performance. Based on summarizing and absorbing the achievements in the Pioneer works,some research work on straddle-type monorail vehicle has been done in the following:1. Straddle-type monorail vehicle is systematically introduced in this dissertation, especially the character of straddle-type monorail vehicle's traveling system and further analysis for the unique bogie and wheel/rail system of straddle-type monorail vehicle was made. This indicates the necessity to analyze dynamical performance of this particular form of railway vehicle.2. Consulting extensive literature (most of them from Japanese researchers) and referring to the general railway vehicle's dynamics research contents and methods, this article systematically summarized the research development and method of the dynamic problems for straddle-type monorail vehicle, laid the foundations for research thinking.3. Based on the deep understanding of straddle-type monorail vehicle's structure, this article analyzed the kinematical relationship and vehicle system's acting force, then established the space dynamical model. Next, according to the obtained vehicle parameters, used the multi-body dynamical software to establish the simulation model of a single vehicle and train.4. Simulation of various dynamical performances on the vehicle model, including the vehicle's curve through performance, the running stability and steadiness was made in this dissertation. Referring to the general railway vehicle's dynamical performance's evaluation index, the suitable evaluation index for straddle- type monorail vehicle's dynamic performance was discussed. |
