Research On Management Technology And Application Of Electrical Outfitting Pallet For Offshore Equipment

With the increasing pressure of competition in the shipbuilding and marine engineering equipment industry,shipyards are actively promoting the modern shipbuilding mode oriented by "intermediate products".Pallet management is an important means of modern shipbuilding mode that achieve lean management and improve the efficiency about enterprise's internal and external collaborative operation.Traditional outfitting logistics is a single-line operation that lacked the communication and co-ordination among departments,it is easy to cause the separation of material arrival and production requirement,then advance or lag of material arrival will lead to different losses.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the pallet management method for marine engineering equipment that take the electrical outfitting as the research object,and propose the electrical outfitting pallet management method and the corresponding organization mode,finally verified by a living example.Firstly,this paper analyses the research status of pallet management at home and abroad.Based on this backgound,the related theory of pallet management is researched,and the contents of outfitting management,collecting and distributing center management,pallet management are combed,and then forms the theoretical basis for electrical pallet management in marine engineering equipment.Subsequently,according to the electrical construction characteristics which run through the whole construction process,the work stage is divided into three main processes,and according to the classification and characteristics of outfitting pieces,the principle of electrical pallet production design is clarified,and the electrical pallet management mode for marine engineering equipment is established.Secondly,the electrical outfitting flow and the classification of electrical materials is studied,and the electrical pallet collecting management business is combed,and then forms JIT arrival management mode for electrical pallets arrival management and collecting and distributing management,and further introduces Internet of Things technology into the management of marine electrical materials,and verifies its application.Finally,taking FPSO project under construction as an application example,the pallet management run through the whole workflow that included production design,material procurement and production construction The electrical outfitting pallet management of marine engineering and is preliminarily realized.
