With the development of the Wind generator and the mass using of the power electronic equipment, for example, high power converters, the research on electric power quality of Wind Park becomes hotspot in the research on wind generator. This thesis develops an electric power quality monitoring system for wind generator by using the FFT the TMS320F2812 produced by TI company, which owns the ability such as measuring the electric power quality indexes, displaying, memorizing the data and supplying data needed displaying to wind generator converters, besides, it can also send sampling current and voltage data to converters, connect to PLC to send power quality data .It archives the industrial requirement and owns industry values.Firstly, the thesis introduces the development of the wind power and the current situation at home and abroad of the electric power quality monitoring system. Then it simply introduces electric power quality indexes and the national standards on electric power quality have also been described in detail.Secondly, after comparing with different algorithm in monitoring electric power quality, at last, FFT algorithm was chosen for its accuracy and practicality. And basing on the FFT algorithm, the thesis has improved the algorithm by adding windows. Using the improved algorithm, the thesis designed the simulation experiment, and concluded that it was better than the traditional FFT algorithm in feasibility and superiority.Lastly, the thesis had finished the hardware and software system of the electric power quality systems. This system chose the DSP TMS320F2812 produced by TI Company as the CPU, designed the embedded experiment platform, and designed the man-machine interface by using C++.At last, by experiment testing in lab, the thesis analyzed the results to conclude the correctness of the algorithm.
