| Electromagnet finite element model was established by using ansys software in this paper,magnetic field distribution was simulated for electromagnet,invisible electromagnet magnetic field realized visibility,studied magnetic circuit feature of electromagnet iron core, found that left-right bilateral magnetic inductive intensity is symmetrical with mid vertical plane of coil, and show decline trend from coil to magnetic gap. calculated magnetic flux density total amount and every component,ΒX is 0. 297T,ΒSUM is 0.316T。Multiple physical field complex character was analyzed for direct plane electromagnetic pump ditch, pump ditch CAD figure was meshed, established finite element model of launder, electrode electric field distribute feature was researched in pump ditch, found electroline become curve and expansive by simulation in launder middle region,simulated current spreading effect, and realize electric-field visualization in direct- plane electromagnetic pump ditch, by simulation,calculated current density total account and every component of launder middle region, JX is 5 .22×105Α/m2,JSUM is 5 .6×105Α/m2among them, found a launder that dispersion current is smallest,inlet/ rising liquid pipe width is 50mm in this launder,it is optimal structure。Pressure control technology was researched, pressed change was researched under different magnetic inductive intensity and electrode current, and studied excitation condition of electromagnet,at last,found that electromagnetic pump pressure may be preferably controlled by adjusting electrode current, when magnetic induction strength was constantElectromagnetic physical feature was simulated by using computer technology,resolved invisible perplexity of electric field and magnetic field in electromagnetic pump,provided powerful computer aided design for further optimize electromagnetic pump structure,will certainly bring great promoting effect for technology tackling and market development of electromagnetic pump。... |
