Study On The Expressway Service Area Management And Information Construction

As an affiliated facility, the service area attracts more and more attentions with the rapid development of expressway in China. But because expressway service area is something new in China, its management and information construction has lots of problems, which restrict the development of service area and restrain the overall function of expressway from further improvement.This paper starts from the relationship between the service area and expressway, and discusses the forms of service formulations in service area. On this basis, service area is classified into 4 sections by the different service facilities in it. Service objects of service area, manage principles and manage modes of service area are analyzed in detail. The idea that service area management must use information technology is regarded. Then, the current situation of information construction of service area and its problems are discussed. The key project and the tendency are particularly introduced. In the end, internal management and information construction are implemented in An Yang service area in JingGang'ao expressway, service area monitoring system, electronic patrol system, infrared safety and alarm system, broadcasting system and monitoring central are constructed on the base of existing facilities, and the sustainable development and operating well of service area are guaranteed.
