| Anda is located in the southwestern of Heilongjiang Province, the hinterland of Songnen plain, is a node city in Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor. With the rapid development of Anda urban and rural construction, the electricity load and the complexity of distribution network are continuous increasing. At the same time, the users require higher of power quality and reliability. Besides, Line management and maintenance staffs urgently need effective tools to improve management of distribution network equipments, to realize informatization of grid management, and to consolidate the"household electricity"achievement of Anda Electric Power Bureau by technological means. Therefore, this paper carries out the design of power grid dispatching automation system.This paper first analyzes the present situation and development trend of power grid network dispatching automation system at home and abroad. Then according to the needs of Anda power grid construction and development, from the perspectives of safe, stable and economical, carries out the integration of design: The architecture is based on the combination of client/server distributed computing model and distributed network structure. Selecting pc computer or workstation which in accordance with international standard or factual industrial standard, Windows NT operating system, MSSQL Server, as well as network protocols (such as TCP/IP, OSI, IEEE802,etc) to construct open hardware, operating system and support platform for the system. The system can be divided into database services, pre-computer information processing, dispatching interface, graphics editor and browser services program modules according to the function demand. We carries out a detailed design for the user interface and database, presents main interface models for various systems, and constructs the structure for the database statements.Anda power grid dispatching automation system realizes real-time monitoring on 35kV substation and 10kV city distribution network of Anda bureau. The system has Web publishing function which releasing the running information of distribution network to other management systems.Anda power system dispatching automation system has achieved functions of telemetry, remote communication, remote control, regular calls to print, voice alarm, accident recalling, cross line alarm, historical alarm inquiry, etc. It constructs the Anda power grid and substation into a information and digital power supply network, improves operation quality of the distribution network, substation and the level of modernization management. |
