| A free trade port area draws on the international free port experience and established in the port operating area and connected with the specific customs supervision region with porting, logistics, processing, and others functions or related preferential policies. The logistics operations and transportation environmental planning of free trade port has a direct impact on the operating efficiency and the business scale development of free trade port. Therefore, it is an effective way to improve the production and transportation ability of free trade port that to plan and establish a good logistics and transportation network environment and reasonably allocate the resources organically and also integrate the local resource management with the operating and development planning. For this purpose, the logistics and transport simulation and decision-making system of Dayaowan free trade port area came into being.This paper takes Dayaowan port area as an example, and gives a systematic analysis on the mode and procedures of logistics / transport operating system of free trade port. System simulation method is used to establish the simulation model of Dayaowan port area, and then the simulation model was verified.Then, The simulation and decision-making system of free trade port area was established based on the simulation model. For the imbalance of the transportation flow and the improper location of facilities, we have a research on the overall operation of the logistics and transport system.After that, we find out the bottlenecks of the system based on the simulation results, then give out decisions to improve the planning of the logistics and transport system.Finally, the new simulation model is established based on the improve decisions, and the simulation results show that it solve the operation problem of the system to a large extent, which proved it is convenient, accurate and feasible to use system simulation methods to solve logistics and transport system problems of free trade port.Therefore, it is of great and far-reaching significance for further accelerate and optimize the planning and development of free trade port in China to make simulation and modeling study on it. |
